Games I’m picking this week:
#5 Texas at #17 Nebraska
Illinois at Penn State
#21 Wisconsin at Purdue
UCLA at #10 Notre Dame
Iowa at #2 Michigan
Alabama at #7 Tennessee
Washington at #11 California
#13 Georgia Tech at #12 Clemson
My picks:
Nebraska, Penn State, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Michigan, Tennessee, California, Georgia Tech
Upset Alert: Michigan – this a typical let down game for Big Blue. They cannot be looking ahead to OSU or Iowa will pull off an upset. Also, Iowa is coming off a terrible loss to Indiana, and should be fired up.
Texas, Penn State, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Michigan, Tennessee, California and Clemson were all winners this week.
5-2 this week.
Clemson held Calvin Johnson to 0 catches this game, the first time in his career. That is an outstanding effort by the Clemson defense.
Nebraska blows an opportunity to knock of the Horns’.
[...] The results of week 8 produced little movement in the polls this week except for the Clemson Tigers who dominated the game over Georgia Tech, winning 31-7. This threw Clemson into the top 10 for the first time in 25 years; says ESPN. The Tigers running game that Spiller and Davis produced for the Tigers was quite a performance in the track-meet vs. Georgia Tech. Watch this team to see just how far the new explosive running game will carry them. Clemson fans: Here come the Tigers! [...]
